Who Are We?
Our primary mission is to explore the far reaches of the Alpa Quadrant so we are operating mainly in and around the territorries surrounding the space station Deep Space 9. We do however make frequent exploratory missions of the Gamma Quadrant. Our secondary mission, like many other fleets is to defend against the rising Klingon and Borg threats. We accept only the best, as there are no more than 21 ships in the fleet. Small and easy to coordinate, but certainly a force to be reckoned with.
Command Structure
Our command structure consists of three admirals, each of which commands a small toon of ships. It works a little something like this. One Fleet Admiral commands two Admirals. Each of the three admirals commands a toon of six ships. The ships in the Fleet Admirals toon DO NOT have a higher ranking status than those in the toons of the Admirals. In the event that both Admirals disagree with a decision made by the Fleet Admiral they may override his orders in that particuar occurance.
Ships
We generally prefer small exploratory vessels such as the Intrepid or Nova class ships. Though we welcome any other heavily armed cruisers, such as the Defiant, for combat purposes. I myself am a big 
fan of the Ambassador class, so with some refits to bring it up to speed with 2409 era ships, those will be welcome too.

How Can You Join?
Think you have what it takes to join the Archon Fleet? We will be operating in the upcoming MMORPG Star Trek Online, sceduelled to release around late fall of 2009. It is likely that all positions will be filled by then, so if your interested in joining read this thread in the official STO forums and then contact Zander2 via a private message.
