Personality
Ch'esan'an, as oldest of the two in his family, has always taken the lead of things. He likes giving out commands and values rules. He believes in peaceful resolutions most of the times. He usually is pretty talkative unless he is in a different environment. Chesan always had a mind for others. He enjoys comfort and scientific developments. He is very non-combat oriented, but when he gets in that kind of situation, he is very tactical.
Biography
Early Life
Ch'esan'an was born on Andoria in She'endonar. His parents decided to take shore leave for a month for the birth of Chesan. When he was born they took a week to recover and take a shuttle back to Starbase K-20. Ch'esan'an grew up on the starbase always being inspired by his father serving in starfleet and other officers. At age five, his younger sister, Sh'laarran'stinara, was born on K-20. When he was twelve he got his mother to help him program a hologame where he was the Commanding Officer of the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) instead of Captain Jean-Luc Picard. Six years later he got to live his dream and join starfleet.
Starfleet Career
Chesan moved to San Fransisco, Earth in 2392. He started his dream to join Starfleet Academy. He took courses for Science, which his mother was before she retired after marrying Chesan's father. He was roommates with a Betazoid, Raith Tess. Chesan and Raith soon became very close friends. They had a couple classes together since Raith was a Counselor and needed to take science too. After a year, Starfleet decided to move the two aboard the USS Voyager (NCC-74656-B) as training Cadets. Chesan was put in as a Science Officer. Raith and Chesan still bunked with each other on board. They both served aboard for three years before finally graduating. Chesan was given a degree in Language Specialization degree. He was put back on Voyager as Ensign and Language Specialist.
Language Specialist
As an Ensign he was often put on Science station aboard the bridge. Chesan lived his dream as he always wanted. After two years of service, he was put on his first away mission. His away mission consisted of collecting data from a planet they were surveying. They didn't know there were hidden lifeforms above. During the mission, Chesan was put in a jail by the aliens. The Assistant Chief Science Officer was killed in battle. The science crew escaped except one. When they were brought back aboard the ship, the Commanding Officer, Tuvok, put Chesan in the position out of logic. After that he decided taking learning courses about technology development and stellar cartography to fit the position better.
Assistant Chief Science Officer
Chesan got used to be second in command of Science aboard the vessel. He still had loads of bridge duty during the time. One time, all of the senior staff went on a diplomatic mission. Chesan was assuming command of the Voyager at the time. The diplomatic mission was a decoy to get the captain away from the ship, the Vesaurian attack ships came to attack Voyager. Chesan tried to make peaceful resolutions, but it later turned into a battle. They sent a transmission before the battle asking for reinforcements. They fought for twenty minutes waiting for help when finally, the USS Enterprise came and helped against the aggressors. The ship retreated and the senior staff brought back. Voyager had major damage and Chesan helped with repairs. A year later, the Chief Science Officer was transferred to the USS Poseidon. Chesan was put as Chief Science Officer and Lieutenant Junior Grade.
Chief Science Officer
He was moved onto Deck 2 in a Senior Staff quarters. The Voyager was later put under command as a flagship and controlled by Admiral Tiris Langua. She and Chesan became very good acquaintances. The Voyager crew was put on a task to escort the president near Gorn Territory. The ship was attacked by a Gorn pirate ship. They took the president by hacking into Voyager. They made him a hostage in order for safe travel to Starfleet Headquarters. The captain had no choice. The team made a plan to secretly transport into the ship and take the president back without any detection. The plan succeeded and the president made a ship wide promotion. Admiral Tiris was moved out to be head of Utopia Planatia. Chesan made the rank of Lieutenant. The Voyager was put under control of Captain Paulina Grayson. The crew went on to exploring the Alpha Quadrant. After a year, Chesan was put as Executive Officer as the previous one transferred to the USS Intrepid.
Executive Officer
As Executive Officer, Ch'esan'an lead all the away missions. Three years prior to his ranking up he lead a strike team to attack an Orion team that stole a spiritual relic from a Federation planet. They instantly went to the planet and attacked. During the attack, the relic was believed to have a time bomb in it about to tick off. The team went in a shuttle as the relic started exploding. Voyager could only get a lock on Chesan and a Security officer. Chesan had an emotional distress. He was given a promotion to Lieutenant Commander. He went insane for a few days blaming himself on the death of them. Chesan visited the counselor often. Chesan soon settled down. A year later, he was offered to be a Commanding Officer of a ship in development. He refused, but starfleet really wanted him to accept. They offered to also give him rank of Commander. Chesan took advice from the Captain to accept the offer.
Commanding Officer
After taking a tour and meeting his staff, Chesan assumed command of their first mission. Their mission was to explore the outer reaches of the Federation Border. When exploring they found a Klingon camp in a starbase loosely orbiting a dwarf star. They disguised themselves genetically as Klingons and searched the camp. They found the plans that they were going to attack the federation and use hostages if needed. Chesan and the rest left the base and were found by the klingons. They were attacked and they retreated to make repairs on a small moon. When the repairs were done they asked the closest ship, the USS Intrepid, to get help. The only help it got was the USS Noble. They decided to lead an attack. In the end, the klingon base was destroyed and the hostages saved. They returned to Federation Space.
Hobbies/Pastimes
Chesan enjoys playing his A'nand, a stringed A'andonar instrument much like the Cello. He has enjoyed making classical songs and composing them in the holodeck with a holographic orchestra. Other than his orchestral hobbies, he enjoys swimming and ice skating.
Political Ideology
He is very peace-driven. Chesan doesn't have any racial ideals. He supports freedom and tries to abolish people being held against their will. He isn't attracted to the Empires standards at all, and frowns upon the Andorian Empire in history.

He got some training in engineering with technology development. He had acquired a lot of information about warp engines and other systems aboard the ship, enabling him to help make repairs and adding stuff to the tech.
Race/Cultural Background
Growing up in a starbase that was in the middle of Federation territory, he had always had met new cultures and races. The only tradition he had learned about his own, the A'andonar, was the sharing of the blood in marriage. The species he is most like is Human, due to his high exposure to them. When he is around his parents he tries to make him look as traditional as possible trying to get their approval.
