The Elcore control the central and most prominent parts of Anchorage within the city centre. Drebin is also known to have affiliations with the criminal mastermind Cyrus Grissim.
Drebin has many of Elcore operatives in many key locations throughout the city, the Elcore have the greatest political power among the gangs and practically own the local police force. While they may at first seem to have the smallest membership of any of the gangs this is merely because the majority of their operatives work underground within the city's infrastructure.

Flaw 1
Hound-Dog: This character cannot resist trying to pick up on attractive people they meet. If a pretty or women walks by in a short skirt or tight pants, they stare. If one happens to make eye contact with them, the character will give them "the look". Even if the other character doesn’t show any interest in them, they tend to think they are attracted, and it can take pretty direct evidence to convince them to the contrary. "Nah, they're just playing hard to get."
