Quin Draco is an adherent to the tenants of Cthia. As such his temperament and discipline are exceptional. Balancing this strong adherence to rational thought is a well developed creative process. Draco has also shown an unusually high level of telepathic ability. His physical and mental abilities make him uniquely well qualified for Special Operations missions. Field experience and testing have shown Draco to be an excellent candidate for command assignments. In Combat he has shown himself to possess a cool tactical calculus and in diplomatic situations his confidence and reliance on logic compensate for the lack of any obvious skill. This same confidence allows Draco to have a sizeable command presence and charisma which together with his battlefield acuity make him an optimal field commander.

Background
Quin Draco was born in 2370 shortly after his father had died as a civilian casualty during the Dominion War.
The deceased Darvok Draco was a half human half klingon who began life as a miscreant and pirate. Darvok’s mother, Talis Draco had conned a houseless Klingon mercenary into offering up some of his DNA so she could bred a stronger offspring than her Irish heritage allowed. She had been a successful pirate and con-artist for many years and was so until her son was 12 years old when she was killed by a Ferengi smuggler. Davok followed in his father’s footsteps as a mercenary until he was arrested by Starfleet and sent to Mars Penal Institution Gamma-3. After his release he married his counselor, a Vulcan named T’kri, who was on a research assignment studying deviant behavior. Ten years later in 2370 the couple decided to have a child and incurred the necessary expense making sure that their different genetic structures would match. Their child, Quin, was named after his grandmother’s birthplace. Even with red hair and green eyes Quin resembles his Vulcan heritage most strongly although a careful look reveals the trace of Klingon blood as well. Quin was recognized as a possible telepathic prodigy and was sent to Vulcan for two years as a child for training of arei'mnu under the Cthia masters. The rest of Quin’s youth was spent on Mars where his mother had continued to live after the death of her husband. At age 15 Quin began studying Mok’bara as in an effort to connect with his Klingon heritage. Quin’s first visit to Earth was upon his acceptance to Starfleet Academy in 2394
