Raymond L. Anders is a Starfleet Captain in active service during the turn of the 25th century. A well respected officer of the service, Raymond became well known for his courageous acts of valour and loyalty to his crew. Now Raymond is the commanding Officer of the USS Arkansas, a very powerful and modified States class vessel as part of the prestigious fleets Red Squadron's Tactical Division, Alpha Squad. Raymond is a well trained Officer and will always do his duty.

History

Early Life

Born on Earth into a loving family, Raymond grew up to be a happy and well mannered individual. He gained many friends growing up and due to his family's heavy involvement with Starfleet and the Federation, Raymond knew he would one day grow up to be a Starfleet Officer. He loved his parents and older sister. As a young man, Raymond played baseball and captained the school team, he also liked to train in the starships .

Starfleet Academy

Once Raymond reached the age of 16 and passed his Starfleet Academy entrance exams, Raymond became a Cadet at the Academy in 2388. He loved every minute of his challenging but rewarding time at the Academy, he carried on playing baseball and Officer's Training School,Officers Command College,Flag Officer's School,Starship Operations and Engineering College. He graduation with the high's score's in he's graduation class. His success was also gained in the fields of team work which Raymond excelled in, showing true potential for leadership and command.

Cadet

After leaving the academy in 2392, He graduation with the high's score's in he's graduation class. In 2292 he's four year, he become a first year cadet-ensign on the USS Ivan (NCC-550). After he graduation Starfleet Academy , he would to retune to the Ivan and it was granted.

He serived on USS Ivan (NCC-550) as ensign in engineering tell he was promoded to Lieutenant chief engineer , After just two years. After two and half year's as chief engineer . He went back Starfleet Academy to get he's Bachelor in Officers Command and six mouths later , he was promoded to Lieutenant . He became XO of USS Ivan (NCC-550) for five years,and then promoded to Lieutenant Commander .

USS Greer

March 14 2302, Lieutenant of the USS Ivan (NCC-550) was transfer to USS Greer (NCC-2445) as Lieutenant Commander Raymond L. Anders in command, and joined Destroyer Division 61 as flagship. After patrolling the Klingon border, Greer joined the Plantery Patrol in February 2403. Detached from this duty 6 October 2405, the destroyer patrolled the southern Romulan Neutral Zone. She joined other Starfleet e ship class is the States class. After three years at Starfleet Command, Commander Raymond L. Anders got a ship again one of the ship he help builded USS Arkansas (NCC-63000). was given the rank of Captain .

Starbase 157 and USS Arkansas

The USS Arkansas was a States Class. The States Class Assault Cruisers were a series of two troop missile cruisers commissioned in the late 2300s.

2408-2415 On March 25 2408 Captain Raymond L. Anders took command Red Squadron's Tactical Division, Alpha Squad. Daniel is a person who lives for the moment and is settling into his new posting with confidence and understanding, he loves his ship and his crew ,and is part of Red Squadron Fleet in Orion Sector . The Red Squadron Fleet is stationed at Starbase 157. His bridge crew consists of multiple races, such as his first officer a male William Taylor Human ,science officer a male human Vanson Goodman ,a male Andorian tactical/security officer Shave'l, a male Andorian Cheif Engineer Shamtin , a male human Doctor Tony Bowe , a male Human Helmsmen Sam Drive and a female Human Communications officer Lisa Adams. Captain Anders believes everyone in the Universe is equal, has a right to a good life and believes all are capable of achieving good.He is thankful for Starfleet giving him the opportunity to command a Starship of his own and strongly upholds the beliefs of the United Federation of Planets and will continue to do his duty.

Captaincy

In late 2408, because of Anders's dedication and commitment to Second Fleet, he was promoted to the rank of Captain, becoming the leader of Combat's first Squad. Raymond thanked Admiral Quin Draco for his promotion as this cemented his place as a true Captain of the USS Arkansas.

Political Views

Raymond upholds the values of the Federation to the highest degree.

Captain Raymond believes everyone is equal, has a right to a good life and believes all are capable of good. He upholds the beliefs of the Federation and will always look for a peaceful solution to any hostile situation. This is seen in Raymond's style of command and the way he deals with people.

Raymond does not believe war is the final solution to a problem but believes diplomacy and understand is the true way of peace. However Raymond being a part of Combat Division will always do his duty for Second Fleet and Starfleet, even if that means coming into conflict. He understands the need for protection and self sacrifice, especially when it means protecting the honour and well-being of the Federation.

The house of Vra'chath spread the word of Captain Anders's deeds which led to him having influence with the Klingon people. But Raymond has also acquired enemies in his quest to help create a peaceful and fair galaxy, such as the fanatical Romulan royalists who kill all who seek negotiation with the United Federation of Planets and the Kalosian Terrorist. Raymond will always fight on the side of good, through upholding the incorruptible political values and upstanding beliefs of the Federation.

Physical Description

Handsome, tall white male with brown eyes and brown hair . Has regular exercise to keep a health body and an alert mind, he is always prepared for any condition Starfleet assigns.

Personality & Traits

Friendly, respectful which in turn he gains respect from the crew. Helpful, funny, sympathetic, determined, supportive, courageous, intelligent however sometimes illogical.
